I'm homronal.
I'm emotional today.
My heart is raw and tender. It hurts.
My mind is taking over.
I am free and yet the depression keeps me locked away.
Depression is real.
It feels like a dark cloud taking over my life.
My blessings from what is;
I'm blessed to move through my feelings and free me from them.
My mind needs training, ie more of The Work.
I am free.
Depression is temporary.
Depression has not taken over my life.
Gratitude:
I am grateful that my babies can put a smile on my face, no matter how down I feel.
I am grateful for my Amelia Melody-Grace: Work of the Lord Music Blessing.
I am grateful for Dustin loving me.
I am grateful for seeing the memory park in Sandy, to honor those lost on 9/11
I am grateful for our vehicles.
I am grateful for life.
